Ideal for improving fitness and/or losing weight, classes include optional weigh in, short informative talk, then 45 minutes of exercise. At Norton we do a mixture of aerobic type exercises (suitable for all levels of fitness) including dance style aerobics, boxing style classes, Disco'cise and HiTT.' Come along and join us for fun, friendship and ‘weight loss support’ through weekly classes, motivation and encouragement via supportive members, and a Facebook page from me and fellow members.
